Title: Member Care Coordinator

Scope:
This part-time (2-3 days/week) paid ministry position is responsible to assist in the recruitment, processing and placement for service of new missionaries, missionary internship trainees, and short-term workers, as well as to care for members through regular communication. Responding to financial and other concerns, arranging health insurance and furlough details, and working as an advocate for TWR Canada’s missionaries in the day-to-day operations will also be a regular function of the role.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Solid commitment to TWR's mission statement, doctrinal position and code of conduct.
• Displays a fervent heart and vision for world missions.
• Good degree of computer aptitude and comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate extensively by telephone and email.
• No formal training or experience in member care or human resources is required, but organizational skills are essential.
