Shannon joined Trans World Radio March 1, 2005 as TWR’s Representative for the BC Region. Shannon is grateful for this opportunity and looking forward to meeting those whom God has raised up to support the ministry of TWR.

Shannon surrendered her life to God nearly twelve years ago. While working and traveling in Australia, many people were praying for her, and God answered their prayers as Shannon came to know Him. She is very grateful for God’s grace in her life and for the prayers of God’s people. God continues to be Shannon’s source of love, life purpose and divine guidance.

Shannon’s Biblical and academic training, plus her experience serving in Africa, have given her an ideal foundation for this role. She received a B.A. in Biblical & General Studies from Briercrest Bible College (1997) and a B.A. with a double major in Education & Management from the University of Lethbridge (2000). For the next five years, she served as Administrator of AGAPE Language Centre in Calgary, as Administrator of the African Children’s Choir Primary School in Kampala, Uganda, and finally as Executive Administrator of the Interdenominational Foreign Mission Association's (IFMA’s) CrossTraining program in Calgary.
